Specialized Training and Support

UCPSA uses a combination of online and hands-on training for individuals to become state certified Direct Care Workers (DCW). In addition, in-person orientations are provided for DCWs and clients for more individualized training and job success.

Full-Time Employee Benefits

We offer our full-time employees a selection of health care and dental plans. These are coupled with paid vacation time and sick leave. You can also create your own schedule to accommodate your living location and available time to work.

Part-Time Employee Benefits

We offer our part-time employees paid sick leave and two dental plans. These are coupled with the employee’s ability to create their own schedule to accommodate their living location and available time to work.

You provide us with your availability and we work to provide you shifts with appreciative clients who are close to your home and will benefit from your skill set and available time.

Employee of the Month

The employee’s certificate is displayed in the reception area for the month and the employee receives a $50.00 bonus.

UCPSA is the agency of choice for family caregivers. We have streamlined the training and hiring process for family caregivers, enabling them to increase or enhance their caregiving skills while gaining a new network of support in our team of UCPSA professionals.
