United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Arizona (UCPSA) is a Qualifying Charitable Organization
(QCO) in Arizona. As a local 501(c)(3), every dollar you donate stays in Southern Arizona,
supporting essential programs for older adults and individuals with disabilities.
Arizona’s QCO Tax Credit allows you to receive a dollar-for-dollar credit on your state income
tax return when you give to nonprofits like UCPSA. The credit is claimed on Form 321.

2025 Maximums:
- $495 – Single, Married Filing Separate, or Head of Household
- $987 – Married Filing Joint
2026 Maximums:
- $506 – Single, Married Filing Separate, or Head of Household
- $1,009 – Married Filing Joint
